If SpamButcher isn't catching any spam at all, your account settings may be incorrect.

This page can help you locate your server settings in Outlook XP, Outlook 2003, Outlook 98-2000, or Outlook Express.

  • Select your account
  • Click "Change"
To open the Account Configuration screen in SpamButcher:
  • Click the Cleaver icon in your Taskbar
  • Press the "Configure" button.

Use the information from Outlook to fill in the required values in SpamButcher.
