SpamButcher 2.0

Up until last week, I had a substantial time commitment to another company. In effect, SpamButcher and its related projects were getting at most about 50% of my time.

That has changed now - no more day job for me.

It’s taken 5 years to get there, but my anti-spam software seems to be producing enough income to completely support me and my various hobbies.

The timing couldn’t have been better, since the company I was working for hit some tough times (I actually gave them six weeks notice - but they laid me off before my time was up).

So what am I going to do with all my newly free time?

Expect SpamButcher 2.0 at some point soon. SpamButcher has done well in the past - but I want to “kick it up a notch” relating to both application performance and sales.

SpamButcher Combat Robotics will undergo a re-branding and hopefully spin-off some commercially viable products / technologies (possibly related to translational drift).

Oh, and I’m starting this blog.
