Make copper stencils with your laser printer

I’ve created a short video on how to make copper stencils using your laser printer:
You’ll need:
Laser printer (don’t try this on an inkjet)
.005” (5 mil) thick sheet of copper (hobby shop or ebay)
Etching solution (available at Radio Shack or Fry’s)
Sheet of mailing labels (Avery’s #8160 definitely works - others probably do also)
Spray paint
Acrylic paint
Clothes iron
Paint thinner
After creating the stencil, I “framed” it by soldering some pieces of circuit board blank to it. This made it much more rigid - and will probably help it hold up better (I left this out of the video since it was already running kind of long).
Making the video took me all day - and was exhausting.
My next video is kind of a follow-up to this one. It should be much easier to shoot - and it involves fire.
