The bot is now basically
functional. I can drive it around - but the blade only spins when moving
forwards or backwards (easy fix - just need another part).
Still have some troubleshooting left. Steering is not good - really fixing it
may require a design change. Sometimes the blade doesn't want to spin up,
and sometimes once it's spinning - it doesn't want to stop. Both problems
might be solved by using different relays to actuate the blade.
