This would both streamline the development process, and help provide a clear vision in marketing. The idea was to provide an application that solved the users spam mail and nothing else. I didn't want to produce another general purpose email utility which happened to have some features for preventing unwanted spam . Users should have the ability to create custom filters, and lists of good and bad email addresses - but that wouldn't be the focus of the product. One of the advantages of the fuzzy logic solution is that it doesn't require the user train or otherwise configure the spam detector to have a spam free email account. |
