Spamhaus is a realtime blacklist of servers and networks that are either major spammers, or have known problems with being exploited by hackers (and hence are either security risks, and or spam sources.)

It also features the Register Of Known Spam Operations (ROKSO) - which maintains information on 200 different known spammers - responsible for approximately 90% of spam.

Spamhaus can either be used manually to look up information, or programmatically by spam blocker software such as SpamButcher.
