Spam Blocking Software
SpamButcher doesn't seem to be catching any spam. What could be wrong?
- Verify your POP3 server settings are correct. See, "How can I verify my POP3 and SMTP server settings are correct?" for details.
- Make sure you haven't added your own email address or domain to the Known Good Senders list - doing so will cause all spam to bypass SpamButcher's email filter.
- If you're not using a dial-up account, make sure that the "I use a dial-up account..." option is not checked on the Configure / Options menu.
