Why Can't You Filter That?

On occasion I get users who ask why the spam filter didn't catch a particular piece of offensive spam.

Having the spam filtering software delete any message with an offensive word might sound like a safe thing, but it sometimes isn't. Different people have different ideas about what words suggest a normal conversation.

The English language is a very flexible thing. Its just not possible to stop every possible permutation of words and letters that might suggest a message is spam email.
