 Cutting Edge Spam Elimination How many different email accounts can SpamButcher be configured to provide spam control for? SpamButcher's spam filter can check up to nine email accounts for spam. I installed the latest version, but aren't seeing all the new features. When updating from a previous version of SpamButcher, be sure to close SpamButcher before installing. To do this, click SpamButcher's icon with your right mouse button and select 'Close'. I'm on a mailing list which can be sent to from hundreds of different addresses. Is there a way I can add it to the Known Good Senders list without having to add all the users? Try adding the address the mailing list is sent -to- to the Known Good Senders list. If the actual address changes - you can try adding the entire domain to the list. Why aren't I receiving email reports? Confirm that your SMTP server settings are correct. See, "How can I verify my POP3 and SMTP server settings are correct?" for details. When I restore a message from an email report in Outlook Express sometimes Internet Explorer launches an empty window. What's going on? This is sometimes an issue for SpamButcher when used as a spam filter for Outlook Express. However, it doesn't present an actual problem. The email message will be restored properly. Can I run two copies of SpamButcher on different systems checking the same email account? While this configuration may work, it is not recommended.
